Tool + SKILL

Trophe

Built by Flexpa
github.com/flexpa/trophe

Keep a nutrition journal with your agent. Save foods, log meals, track daily totals and targets, and export FHIR records from local Markdown files.

  • Meal logging
  • Saved foods
  • Nutrition totals
Connection details

Open source (MIT) from Flexpa. Trophe runs on your machine over stdio, with no account, API key, or sign-in. Run the command from the repository root, or use an absolute path to src/cli.ts in your MCP client. Data defaults to ~/.trophe; pass --data with an absolute path to choose another directory. Ask your agent to initialize the journal with your timezone before logging meals. Agents with shell access can also use the CLI.

Requires Bun 1.3.13 or newer

Install
git clone https://github.com/flexpa/trophe.git
cd trophe && bun install
MCP command
bun src/cli.ts mcp

  • Family tree
  • GEDCOM export
  • FHIR export
Connection details

Open source (MIT) from Flexpa, in research preview. Kinbook runs on your machine over stdio and keeps the tree in a local SQLite file, so there is no account or sign-in. Add the command to your MCP client with the repository as its working directory. Pass --db with an absolute path to choose the SQLite file.

Flexpa Health Bridge

github.com/flexpa/bridge

Bring Apple Health data from your iPhone and Apple Watch to agents on your Mac. Import a backup or Health export into this macOS-only research app.

  • Apple Health
  • Sleep & activity
  • macOS only
Connection details

Read the setup and security guides before building the app. Import an encrypted iPhone backup or Health export, then pair your MCP client in the app. The app must stay running. It serves read-only data on this Mac. Use the configuration the app issues; do not test the token with curl, because its first use binds it to the calling app. Live HealthKit sync is not available.

Requires macOS 14 or later, Xcode 16+ or a recent Swift toolchain

http://127.0.0.1:4271/mcp

Authorization Pair each agent in the app to get a token bound to that agent. No OAuth.

02 / A few good questions

A little context.
Then you’re connected.

Can I use this with my agent?

Yes. Flexpa works with any agent that supports remote MCP connections. Copy the prompt above and paste it into your agent. It will guide you through the setup steps for your app. You can also use the manual setup instructions.

What is a health MCP server?

An MCP server gives your AI assistant a standard way to use a health service. Depending on the server, it can read health records, find lab insights, or help you start a care request.

Do I need a Flexpa account to explore?

No. The public Flexpa registry does not require an account or API key. Hosted services require their own connection and authorization. Local tools such as Trophe and Kinbook run on your machine without an account or sign-in.

Does one connection unlock every server?

The Flexpa connection helps your agent discover tools and setup instructions. Connect to a hosted service and complete its authorization flow, or install a local tool and add its launch command to your MCP client.

Bring your health tools to more agents.

Add your MCP server to the Flexpa registry and help people connect to your service.
