#Definitions

Our pricing is per patient linked, so for each successful patient authorization (where you exchange an authorization token for an access token) you are charged $1.00.

This specific API call is POST /link/exchange

You can use the access token to pull as many FHIR resources as you want as long as it is valid (typically 5-10 minutes).

If later you would like to refresh your access without having the patient authorize again, you can use the refresh API call when it is supported by a particular payer. If so, you are charged $0.10.

This specific API call is POST /link/refresh.

Once refreshed, you can again use the access token to pull as many FHIR resources as you want as long as it is valid.
